What we’re looking for
We are always looking for ways to enhance and improve our pricing and our Motor New Initiatives team is passionate about delivering change at a fast rate to ensure we are delivering a product that represents value for customers whilst minimising our risk.
This is in many ways an autonomous role where you will be responsible for your own projects and your own time management. If you enjoy working with people from different teams and you are a strong relationship builder this will be a great role for you.

Who you’ll be working with
Your line manager will be Aidan Casey, Motor New Initiatives Pricing Manager and additionally you will be working across different projects, delivering key pricing changes, ensuring project timelines are met and partners are engaged throughout.
Where you may not have an extensive team working with you every day you will interact and collaborate with multiple diverse teams across motor pricing as you take on new projects. You will be a central point of contact to motor new initiatives and you will have great opportunity to build business relationships at all levels.
What you’ll be doing
The new pricing capabilities will need to be embedded into the wider pricing and underwriting teams and you will be key in this transition. This will take some time but also a strong sense of method, dedication and patience as well as a good measure of testing.
We want you to strive to improve the logic of the pricing algorithms, ensuring it is relevant for business needs, new developments match to our strategic direction and redundant logic challenged for removal - regardless of the size of the project.
You will be breathing and living change, always looking for the better option or the more accurate model, so this needs to be a passion of yours.
