There’s a lot of collaboration in high-pressure environments because you need those different opinions in order to get things done.

The work is so dynamic and ever evolving. You might not think that from insurance but there’s a strong focus on adapting to new challenges.

I feel like I’m in charge and in control of my work. My opinion is valid, I can speak up, and challenge opinions.

It’s a great business and a great opportunity and full of great people who really want to get things done.
